Hyper and Sleepy

I am hyper and sleepy.
I wonder when my cousin is going to get married.
I hear dollar bills crashing to the ground.
I see a vampire on the roof.
I want all the Monster High dolls.
I am hyper and sleepy.

I pretend to do the cartwheel.
I feel scared to get braces.
I touch a baby raccoon.
I worry about running out of water.
I cry when I don’t see my family.
I am hyper and sleepy.

I understand my friends when they are sad.
I will be big and strong when I’m fifteen.
I dream of being in a movie.
I try to do three whole splits.
I hope for stars to come to me.
I am hyper and sleepy.

I don’t want to wake up.
I want to keep dreaming.
I am hyper and sleepy.
