Silly Sentences

(In-Schools Program)

Come help our adorable multicultural second graders learn how to write perfect sentences in English. In small groups our youngsters will work with volunteers to write complete sentences with subject-verb agreement. Students will focus on capitalization, punctuation, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling. The sentences will get silly as we create these perfect sentences using unusual subjects and verbs like, " Green monkeys like to dance on the moon." Thank you for your help!
