Every week, Ms. Tyson and Mr. D'Amico's 8th grade Language Arts students write a fast, one-draft response to a prompt. They'll need our help in the Writers' Room to edit, revise, and make a mess of these drafts to prepare for a rewrite using good vocabulary, balance of plot summary and analysis, complex sentences, and many more elements of great writing.
