Personal Statements at School of the Arts

Dear 826 Tutors:

Thank you for expressing interest in working with our high-school seniors on their college essays and personal statements. These seniors from San Francisco’s School of the Arts (SOTA) are busy drafting their personal statements (most of which follow the UC guidelines), and are excited to have adult experts sharing in their process. They will have composed and revised a set of essays, so you’ll be reading 2nd and 3rd drafts. In previous years 826-tutor’s feedback has been remarkably effective, and we hope we can continue on this year as well.
